The Annual Meeting in October was a success. The newly elected directors and officers of the board are listed under Board Members tab.

 

Please remember to have a visible 911 address on your property and not your lot number. 

 

Information about Air Ambulance and Ambulance coverage policies have been place on this website.

 

Homesteading Section IV lots. Step by Step instructions have been developed and are now on the website www.lobcivic.org. Look in the Documents section under Members for Introduction to Homesteading Extension and Homesteading Extension Instructions. You can also reply to this email to receive further information. 

Signs in yards: The deed restrictions only allow signs regarding sale of property. Post Beryl many were placed by roofing companies doing work, but they should not continue to be in yards. 

 

There is a Leash Law in Matagorda County, and no dogs should be outside of property bounds. 

 

Live Oak Bend is designated a Nature Preserve. No gunfire of any kind is allowed. This is part of the Deed Restrictions agreed to when you purchased your property.
